1. General Provisions
BKGD provides its services to you in accordance with the following terms of service. These terms may be updated by BKGD at any time and without notice. In the event of a change to the BKGD Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"), BKGD will post the change on this page. The modified Usage Agreement will effectively replace the original Usage Agreement once it is posted on the web site.
You should read this Usage Agreement carefully before using any of the services provided by BKGD. If you do not agree with this Terms of Use and/or its modification from time to time, please stop using all the services provided by BKGD immediately; once you use BKGD services, you are deemed to have understood and fully agreed to the contents of this Terms of Use, including any modification made by BKGD to the Terms of Use from time to time, and become a BKGD user (hereinafter referred to as "User").
2. Description of services
BKGD currently offers the following services to its users: users can take and process photos, as well as share their own edited recipes and share photos. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Usage Agreement, any new features added to or enhancements made to the Service at this time, including new products introduced, are governed by this Usage Agreement. you understand and agree that the service is provided only as it is currently presented and that BKGD is not responsible for the currency, deletion, mis-delivery, failure to store, or any other problems with any user information or personalization settings. BKGD reserves the right to suspend any part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, upgrade or other purposes.
3. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and to assume full responsibility for any use of your password and your account in any way to use the Service and its results. If your behavior violates any provisions of national laws and regulations, which may constitute a crime, you will be held criminally liable and you will bear full legal responsibility.
Also if BKGD has reason to believe that any of your actions, including but not limited to any of your remarks and other actions violate or may violate any provisions of national laws and regulations, BKGD may terminate the service to you at any time without any prior notice.
4. BKGD Privacy Policy
The registration information you provide and certain other information BKGD retains about you will be governed by China's privacy laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
5. Provider's Responsibility
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, BKGD hereby draws your attention to the fact that any text, information, materials, music, photos, graphics, video, information or other materials (hereinafter referred to as "Content") posted or uploaded via the Service, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is the responsibility of the provider of the Content. BKGD only provides users with storage space for the Content and has no control over the Content delivered through the Service and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content.
